About the Project:
(EN) The project aims to empower Civil Society Organisations (CSOs), their staff, volunteers, and beneficiaries by strengthening their foresight capacities, the ability to anticipate future trends and challenges to inform strategic decision-making. In line with the European Agenda for Adult Learning (EAAL) and the EU Strategic Foresight Report 2023, the project delivers a comprehensive foresight training module (both online and in-person), a Training of Trainers programme, participatory foresight workshops, and practical roadmaps for addressing future challenges, fostering a proactive and resilient civil society across Europe
(EL) Το έργο στοχεύει στην ενδυνάμωση των Οργανώσεων της Κοινωνίας των Πολιτών (ΟΚΠ), του προσωπικού, των εθελοντών τους και των ωφελούμενων τους, ενισχύοντας τις ικανότητές τους στον τομέα της διορατικότητας, δηλαδή την ικανότητα πρόβλεψης μελλοντικών τάσεων και προκλήσεων, ώστε να λαμβάνουν τεκμηριωμένες στρατηγικές αποφάσεις. Σε ευθυγράμμιση με την Ευρωπαϊκή Ατζέντα για τη Μάθηση Ενηλίκων (EAAL) και την Έκθεση Στρατηγικής Διορατικότητας της ΕΕ 2023, το έργο περιλαμβάνει ολοκληρωμένη ενότητα κατάρτισης (δια ζώσης και διαδικτυακά), πρόγραμμα εκπαίδευσης εκπαιδευτών, συμμετοχικά εργαστήρια διορατικότητας και πρακτικούς οδικούς χάρτες για την αντιμετώπιση μελλοντικών προκλήσεων, συμβάλλοντας σε μια πιο ανθεκτική και προορατική κοινωνία πολιτών στην Ευρώπη.
Objectives/actions:
- Builds foresight skills to detect early labour-market shifts and plan proactively.
- Promotes inclusive future visions aligned with the EU’s digital and green transitions and EAAL resilience goals.
- Creates a Community of Practice for unions, experts, and policymakers to co-develop foresight-based strategies.
- Delivers practical learning tools and roadmaps to embed foresight into everyday decision-making and social dialogue.
